Ingredients Of Chocolate Modak

  • 1/4 cup and 1 and 1/4 teaspoon milk
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup and 1 and 1/4 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1/4 cup and 1 and 1/4 teaspoon condensed milk
  • 1 and 1/4 cup graham cracker crust

How to make Chocolate Modak

.Step 1 Prepare a dough for the modak

For making this sweet recipe, take a saucepan and add milk, chocolate chips and condensed milk. Keep a light to medium flame. After a while, the chocolate will start melting and the mixture will turn out to be smooth and shiny. Add graham cracker crust to the mixture and stir. After being cooked half-way through, add chopped pistachios and mix well. The result will be a sticky dough. Keep it aside to cool.




Step 2 Stuff the dough into mould and prepare modaks

Grease the modak mould with a little refined oil and stuff the mould with a small portion from the sticky chocolatey dough. After a while open the mould and you are ready with your chocolate modak to be served to Lord Ganesha.
